A unique group of oratorian churches in Sri Lanka was identified and studied as part of a project to safeguard Portuguese-influenced heritage in the East.

 
And next October will take place the International Conference Congregation of the Oratory of Saint Philip Neri: Art & Culture not to be missed!

The competitions of the Portuguese History Academy are now open, of which we highlight:
 
- Prize "Pina Manique. From Enlightenment to the Liberal Revolution"
 
The competition is open to all interested parties and the deadline for submitting applications is October 15th, 2021

Directed to master's and doctoral dissertations, works on themes in different areas of knowledge are admitted, in the mentioned chronological period, aiming at a greater and better knowledge of the History of Portugal and its relationship with a changing Europe at the same time. The value of the Prize is ?1,000.00 for the master's thesis and ?2,500.00 for the doctoral thesis. In the present year of 2021 and in its 5th Edition, the candidate dissertations admitted are those defended and approved in the year 2020.
