ARTIS NOW

ARTIS - the Art History Institute of the University of Lisbon, through the programme ARTis NOW, will promote two international conference and workshop cycles with renowned figures related to the field of Art History and its different dimensions, including art theory, the criticism and materiality of art works, conservation and restoration.

The aim of the programme is to promote debate about topical issues from a global perspective, in which Art History can play an important role. And although the initiative was born within academia, it is also directed at a non-academic audience interested in these topics.
