ARTIS - Institute of Art History, in the context of the Summer with Science 2021 process, promoted by the FCT, obtained three research initiation grants, which were allocated to the projects HOSPITALIS - Hospital architecture in Portugal at the dawn of Modernity: identification, characterization and contextualization (PTDC/ART-HIS/30808/2017) (2) and to the MAGISTER II project, Prosopography of Masters in Portugal at the time of the Gothic and Renaissance periods (1).
 

Both projects correspond to ARTIS' strategic research areas and this initiative supports young researchers in the introduction of scientific research in Art History and Cultural Heritage.

The research carried out within the general scope of both projects will be the main theme of this activity called Summer with Science: Research dissemination days with the aim of contextualizing research within the scope of ARTIS - Institute of Art History and raising awareness of scientific research.
