Book Launch "18 Olhares sobre André Soares"

André Soares (1720-1769) was the greatest artist of the Portuguese Rococo and late-Baroque. Some of his works must be included among the best that was made in the Europe of his time.

The book that will be presented on December 3rd, gathers 18 texts by specialists (UMinho, UCatólica de Braga, UPorto (FAUP), ULisboa (ARTIS), UNova Lisboa, UFMinas Gerais, UDiamantina, UAlcalá de Henares, Museu de Arte Antiga, etc.). For the first time, there's a gather of a group of renowned historians but not all, that analised in detail some of the different facets of his Work. The result is two volumes, with 500 pages.
