ARTIS + [ART HISTORY AND HERITAGE WORKSHOPS] | SCULPTURE: ART AND TECHNIQUE

Sculpture is an artistic practice in which three-dimensional forms are created, either figurative or abstract, using materials such as stone, wood, metal, clay, and others. It is, furthermore, one of the oldest forms of human expression and has a history of development, influenced by various cultures and contexts over time.
This workshop aims to engage the interest of students and researchers who are part of ARTIS, whose training in the History of Art focuses on the theoretical aspects of artistic practices. The initiative seeks to provide direct contact with sculpture, the material, the technique, and the tools, offering participants the opportunity to interact with the sculptor and their workspace.

Although attendance at the workshops is free, registration is mandatory.
