Vera Mariz (b. 1987) is a researcher at ARTIS, the Institute of Art History of the School of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon. Her research focuses on the history of collectionism and art markets and heritage science. She holds a PhD in History / Art History, Heritage and Restoration (2016) and a master's degree in Art, Heritage and Restoration Theory (2011) from the School of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon.
